I am entering my 7th month training with The Lab Fitness and could not recommend their training services more! I train 5x a week and I really enjoy how flexible scheduling is. My Coach Josh has been fantastic. I had a neck injury in 2024, and once I was cleared by PT, I started working with him to regain the strength I'd lost. Josh collaborated with my physical therapist to make sure my workouts progressed at a safe pace and intensity. Josh encourages me to listen to my body and communicate how I'm feeling. Workouts are challenging, never boring, and take into consideration my specific goals. I had such great things to say about Josh that my mom (I'm 45 and she's 65) is now his client.
